
Jessica Ann Simpson Johnson was born on the 10th of July, 1980. 1 She is an American actor, singer and philanthropist. Simpson, who was 17 years old at the time, began her career singing in choirs at church. She was signed to Columbia Records in 1997. The album she released as her debut album, Sweet Kisses (1999), sold two million copies across the United States and saw the commercial success of the single "I Wanna Love You Forever". She was also a part of the reality show The Price of Beauty in 2010 and judged fashion designs for two seasons of Fashion Star between 2012 and 2013. Simpson is married to Eric Johnson, with whom she has three children.
